Our Mystery School journey consists of three primary Paths.
Path One: Initiate (The Path of Honing Somatic Channeling for Personal Transformation)
Path Two: Purpose (The Path of Service, Deepening your Gifts, Finding your Calling)
Path Three: Mastery (The Path of Energetic Mastery & Becoming a Lineage Holder)
Through three progressive Paths—the Initiate, Purpose, and Mastery Paths—you'll be guided through a journey of awakening, devotion, service, and mastery.
Each Path builds upon the last, deepening your embodiment, expanding your gifts, and supporting your evolution from student of Somatic Channeling into practitioner, facilitator, teacher, and steward of the work.
The Initiate Path is devoted to Somatic Channeling for the Self: awakening your gifts, deepening your connection to spirit, and moving through a profound process of healing, transformation, and embodiment.
The Purpose Path is where you choose your area of focus—whether energy healing, somatic facilitation, verbal channeling, sacred expression, or multiple disciplines—and begin bringing your gifts into the world through specialized trainings and professional development.
The Mastery Path is for those called to the deepest levels of the work: advanced energetic mastery, teacher training, group facilitation, and stewardship of the Somatic Channeling lineage.
Everyone begins with the Initiate Path. From there, the journey unfolds as you deepen your practice, explore your calling, and step into greater levels of service and leadership.

Level 1: Self-Mastery, Healing & Awakening
The Purpose Path
Choose your area of focus through one or more specialized training paths—much like choosing your major.
Develop advanced skills and professional competency in the areas that most deeply call to you.
Specializations include: Level 2 Energy Healing & Practitioner Certification, Somatic Facilitation, Verbal Channeling, and Sacred Expression.
Complete one specialty or several over time, allowing your training to evolve alongside your gifts, interests, and calling.
Begin bringing your gifts into the world through advanced practice, professional development, and specialized certification.
You may enroll in the Initiate and Purpose Paths simultaneously at the start if you feel called to commit to a deeper journey, or begin with the Initiate Path and choose to continue into Purpose as your training unfolds.

Start with the Initiate Path, or enroll in both the Initiate and Purpose Path from the beginning.
You can always continue into additional pathways later, including the Mastery Path, as your journey unfolds.
Move at the pace that feels right for you.
Each pathway can be taken individually, and students who complete the Initiate Path remain eligible to continue into deeper levels of training—even in future years.
For those who complete all three pathways, this 9-month journey offers profound personal transformation, a lifelong practice, lasting community, meaningful support, and a progression from initiation, healing and awakening—into energetic mastery, vocation, service, leadership, and lineage stewardship.

The Initiate Path is the foundation of the Somatic Channeling Mystery School and the beginning of a profound journey into the Self. The focus is Level 1: Somatic Channeling for the individual field.
Over 4.5 months, students are guided through the 8 Stages of Development of Somatic Channeling and a deep exploration of the chakra system and energetic field—bridging the personal and transpersonal, the human and the spiritual—as a progressive framework for healing, awakening, embodiment, and spiritual maturation.
Through a clear curriculum, ongoing practice, guided mentorship, energetic attunement, partner work, group classes, community support, and direct experience, initiates learn to trust the wisdom of the body, deepen their connection to spirit, become advanced but grounded channels, and cultivate a sustainable Somatic Channeling practice.
The Journey Within
Whether you are completely new to this work or have already experienced spontaneous channeling, intuitive gifts, energetic sensitivity, or altered states of consciousness for years, the Initiate Path provides a grounded container for exploration, integration, growth, and advancement.
Students often experience profound transformation: greater authenticity, expanded awareness, enhanced intuition, deeper understanding, and the emergence of dormant gifts, clairs, siddhis, and capacities.
More importantly, they develop the embodiment, integrity, and self-awareness required for deeper levels of the work.

After completing the Initiate Path, students are invited to deepen into one or more specialized trainings designed to help them discover how Somatic Channeling uniquely wants to move through them and into the world.

Sacred Expression
The Art School of Somatic Channeling

Have you ever experienced your vessel as an instrument—one that Spirit wishes to play?
Sacred Expression explores movement, voice, sound, light language, ritual performance, creativity, and artistic transmission as pathways for healing, expression, and collective awakening. Students learn to intentionally enter embodied trance channeling states, allowing Spirit, Source, archetypal intelligence, and the wisdom of the body to move through them as dance, song, prayer, ritual, and creative expression.
This training is devoted to reclaiming a primal and instinctive relationship with Spirit, the Earth, and the living truth of the soul. Through practice and exploration, students cultivate the capacity to become a vessel for Divine Transmission—allowing what lives within them to move outward into the world through authentic expression, to be witnessed in sacred communion.
The training includes virtual preparation leading into an immersive retreat in Oaxaca, Mexico devoted to embodiment, creative exploration, ritual, performance, and the cultivation of authentic expression. Students are encouraged to discover not only their creative gifts, but how those gifts are meant to be shared with the world.
Held within a larger Somatic Channeling retreat gathering, the Sacred Expression training culminates in Spirit Move Me—a ceremonial evening of performance, transmission, and sacred expression. Here, students are invited to offer what has emerged through their practice to the wider community, allowing their gifts to be witnessed, received, and celebrated as an act of devotion and service.
Outcome: Develop your unique creative voice as a channel, artist, ritual performer, and facilitator—and participate in Spirit Move Me, the culminating ritual performance.
Verbal Channeling
Divine Communication & Transmission
Virtual Training Facilitated by Chelsea Bratches, support from Krista Highfield, April 2027
Often, as students develop along the path of Somatic Channeling, their verbal channeling abilities awaken. This training is here to help you develop the capacity to receive, interpret, and communicate guidance through verbal channeling. Strengthen discernment, clarity, energetic integrity, and confidence as a messenger and translator of subtle information.
This month-long virtual training combines group classes and individualized support as students learn to cultivate a conscious relationship with spirit guides, higher intelligences, and benevolent beings that exist beyond ordinary physical perception.
Through direct experience and practice, participants develop the skills to discern, interpret, and communicate guidance while remaining grounded, embodied, and energetically sovereign.
This training explores the art of transmission, the ethics of channeling, and the responsibility that comes with serving as a bridge between worlds. Students learn to navigate the complexities of verbal channeling while developing an authentic, trustworthy, and deeply personal relationship with the unseen.
Outcome: Become a skilled and embodied verbal channel capable of facilitating individual and group transmissions while cultivating a grounded relationship with spirit and the greater field of consciousness.
Somatic Emergence
Foundations of Somatic Facilitation

Learn to work skillfully with the body's innate intelligence through somatic awareness, presence, inquiry, and facilitation.
Drawing inspiration from somatic therapy while integrating the principles of Somatic Channeling, this month-long virtual training combines group classes and individualized support to help students develop both personal insight and practical facilitation skills.
The training focuses on helping individuals access and integrate unconscious material, unresolved experiences, emotional patterns, and aspects of self that may still be seeking healing, understanding, or completion.
Students learn foundational methods for supporting both personal and transpersonal transformation while cultivating safety, grounding, nervous system awareness, and embodied presence.
In addition to deepening their own Level 1 self-awareness and healing, participants develop skills that can be applied when working with clients, groups, or communities. This training is particularly valuable for therapists, coaches, healers, facilitators, and helping professionals seeking to integrate somatic approaches into their existing work.
Outcome: Develop the skills to support deeper awareness, integration, and transformation in both yourself and others through somatic inquiry and embodied facilitation.
Energy Healing Practitioner Training
Become a Certified Somatic Channeling Practitioner (Level 2 Energy Work)
In-Person Training Facilitated by Taylor Unjaara & Esther Hernandez, early June 2027
Level 2 Somatic Channeling is the art of offering this work for another.
Through surrendered presence, energetic attunement, and deep states of embodied channeling, practitioners learn to work directly with the energetic field of another person—supporting the release, redistribution, and transformation of energy across physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and psycho-spiritual dimensions.
Students learn how to perceive, track, and work with energetic densities, blockages, and areas of stagnation within the field, developing the sensitivity required to locate where energy has become held, compressed, fragmented, or restricted. Through direct experience, they learn how to support the movement, integration, and reorganization of these patterns while remaining grounded, ethical, and deeply attuned to the needs of the individual before them.
As the training progresses, students learn to become a clear and surrendered channel—or "hollow bone"—allowing healing intelligence to move through them with greater precision, integrity, and care. The curriculum explores energetic assessment, nervous system regulation, multidimensional healing, intuition, consent, shadow awareness, ceremonial practice, and the art of holding space for profound transformation.
This immersive 4-day training in Boulder, Colorado is devoted to direct experience. Through hands-on practice, mentorship, energetic exploration, and real-time feedback, students learn to embody the art of Somatic Channeling as a practitioner and facilitator.
Outcome: Certified Somatic Channeling Practitioner.

The Mastery Path is the culmination of the Somatic Channeling Mystery School and is designed for those who feel deeply devoted to the work.
In this advanced training, students explore Levels 3, 4, and 5 of Somatic Channeling—moving beyond personal practice and one-on-one facilitation into the art of quantum entrainment: the ability to consciously merge, influence, and co-regulate fields with others in service of healing, transformation, and collective awakening.
Often described as the "black belt" of Somatic Channeling, this Path explores increasingly advanced applications of the modality that become tantric and quantum in nature, including partner entrainment, group entrainment, collective field work, planetary gridwork, and the profound possibilities that emerge when consciousness, intention, and energy move as one.
Teacher Training & Stewardship
The Mastery Path also includes an intensive teacher training process devoted to cultivating facilitators, teachers, and lineage holders of the highest integrity.
Over five weeks, students go through yet another initiation into leadership. They explore the principles of effective teaching, group facilitation, energetic ethics, stewardship, leadership, and the transmission of Somatic Channeling as a living body of work.
This training is not only about mastering the practice—it is about learning how to hold, teach, and steward it responsibly.
The Art of Facilitation
Alongside teacher training, students are introduced to advanced facilitation methods that utilize the Somatic Channeling opening sequence as a gateway into deeper layers of consciousness and healing.
Through the integration of somatic awareness, energetic perception, inquiry, and presence, practitioners learn how to support others in uncovering unprocessed experiences, unconscious patterns, fragmented aspects of self, and memories that may be seeking integration. This process may involve material from early life, ancestral themes, symbolic imagery, or past-life experiences.
The emphasis is not on fixing or diagnosing, but on helping others safely access, witness, integrate, and transform what has been held beneath conscious awareness. In this way, Somatic Channeling becomes not only a practice of awakening, but a profound pathway for healing, remembrance, and personal evolution.
The Joshua Tree Immersion
The journey culminates in a 4-day immersive retreat in Joshua Tree, California.
Gathering in sacred community, students engage in advanced practice of Levels 3, 4, and 5 through direct experience, partner work, group entrainment, ceremony, and collective exploration.
Together, we investigate what becomes possible when multiple practitioners consciously entrain into a unified field—not only for personal transformation, but in service to the land, the collective, and the greater unfolding of life itself.
The Calling of Mastery
This Path is for those called not only to practice Somatic Channeling, but to embody it.
To become teachers, stewards, and transmitters of the work.
