SOMATIC CHANNELING MYSTERY SCHOOL
Enrollment Agreement & Terms of Participation
2026–2027 Training Year
The Mystery School is a learning community devoted to personal transformation, embodied practice, ethical leadership, and the responsible stewardship of Somatic Channeling. This Agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities of both Somatic Channeling LLC ("the School") and you ("the Participant"). By enrolling, submitting payment, and acknowledging this Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Participation.
1. Enrollment & Financial Agreement
Enrollment in the Somatic Channeling Mystery School is confirmed once the Participant has:
Completed the required Intake Form and Health Alignment Questionnaire;
Read and agreed to this Enrollment Agreement;
Submitted tuition payment or enrolled in an approved payment plan.
Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
Participants acknowledge that tuition reserves a place within a limited-capacity training cohort and provides access to curriculum development, course materials, facilitator support, one-on-one sessions, live instruction, and administrative preparation.
Payment Plans
Participants who enroll using an installment plan understand and agree that:
Installment payments will be automatically charged according to the selected payment schedule (recurring once-a-month payment that recurs from the first day of payment).
The payment obligation continues until all scheduled installments have been completed.
Payment plans represent a commitment to the full tuition amount and are not month-to-month memberships.
Participants are responsible for maintaining valid payment information throughout the duration of the payment plan.
If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, the Participant agrees to update their payment method promptly upon notification.
Repeated failed payments, chargebacks, or refusal to satisfy payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of enrollment until the account has been brought into good standing.
2. Enrollment Windows & Tuition
Participants understand that Mystery School enrollment periods operate within designated registration windows.
Early Bird tuition, Founding Member pricing, payment plans, deposits, and promotional pricing are available only during their advertised enrollment periods.
Once enrollment has been completed, the Participant's selected tuition and payment plan become binding and cannot be retroactively modified due to future pricing changes, promotions, or discounts.
Likewise, future tuition increases do not affect Participants already enrolled under an existing tuition agreement.
3. Program Structure
The Mystery School consists of three primary pathways:
Initiate Path
Purpose Path
Mastery Path
Each pathway has its own curriculum, attendance expectations, certification requirements, and enrollment timelines.
Completion of one pathway does not automatically enroll a Participant into another pathway unless specifically purchased or accepted through the School's application process.
Purpose Path trainings & participation require additional registration and Mastery Path trainings require application.
4. Program Participation Requirements
Participants understand that the Mystery School is an educational training program requiring active participation.
While flexibility is offered whenever reasonably possible, meaningful participation is considered essential to receiving the full benefit of the training.
Initiate Path Requirements
To successfully complete the Initiate Path and become eligible to continue into advanced Mystery School trainings, Participants agree to complete the following minimum requirements:
Completion of three (3) required one-on-one facilitator sessions.
Attendance at a minimum of five (5) live practice classes or completion of the recorded replay if attendance is not possible.
Attendance at the Initiation Ceremony.
Completion of all required learning modules and accompanying quizzes.
Successful completion of the Final Initiate Assessment.
While five classes represent the minimum attendance requirement, Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all live classes whenever possible.
One-on-One Sessions
Participants are responsible for scheduling their required one-on-one sessions within the designated scheduling windows.
The School recommends spacing these sessions throughout the training period to support the Participant's integration and development, generally occurring near the beginning, middle, and conclusion of the Initiate Path.
Participants are required to:
Complete the Facilitator Preference Form by the published enrollment deadline.
Schedule all required one-on-one sessions within the designated booking periods.
Maintain responsibility for managing their own appointments using the scheduling platform provided.
Failure to schedule required sessions within the designated training period may delay eligibility for certification or advancement into additional Mystery School pathways.
Orientation
All Participants are expected to attend one of the scheduled live Orientation sessions before the beginning of the Initiate Path.
Orientation provides essential information regarding the curriculum, technology platforms, scheduling procedures, community expectations, facilitator introductions, and program logistics.
If attendance is impossible due to unavoidable circumstances, Participants are responsible for reviewing the Orientation recording before beginning the training.
Group Classes
Live instructional classes generally occur every other week according to the published Mystery School calendar.
Optional community processing sessions may also be offered throughout the training.
While these additional sessions are considered highly valuable, they do not replace required instructional classes.
If a Participant cannot attend a live class, recordings will generally be made available for educational purposes.
Participants are expected to remain reasonably current with course material throughout the training.
Advancement to Future Training
Completion of the Initiate Path qualifies Participants to apply for or enroll in future Mystery School offerings where applicable.
Completion of the Initiate Path does not automatically guarantee admission into every advanced training.
The Initiate Path is the prerequisite for the Purpose Path & Mastery Path trainings.
Admission into the Mastery Path remains application-based and is offered only to Participants who demonstrate readiness, maturity, integrity, and successful completion of prerequisite training.
In order to advance to the Mastery Path, students must complete the Initiate Path, and enroll in at least (1) Purpose Path training. Attending an Energy Healing Certification training is highly recommended and encouraged before entering Mastery Path, but not required.
5. Attendance & Scheduling Policies
The Mystery School is designed as a progressive, cohort-based training. Each class, practice session, and one-on-one meeting builds upon previous learning, and participants are encouraged to engage as fully as possible throughout the training.
While flexibility is offered whenever reasonably possible, participants understand that they are responsible for managing their own attendance, scheduling, and progress through the curriculum.
One-on-One Session Scheduling
Participants are responsible for scheduling their required one-on-one sessions using the scheduling system provided by the School.
Appointments may be rescheduled by the Participant up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and missed appointments ("no-shows") result in forfeiture of that session and are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee, except in cases of emergency or illness at the discretion of the School.
Participants in the Initiate Path may reschedule one (1) of their required one-on-one sessions without penalty, provided adequate notice (at least 24 hours advanced notice) is given. Additional rescheduling requests may be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Purpose Path pod sessions and other small-group training experiences cannot generally be rescheduled due to the collaborative nature of the work.
Repeated missed appointments or failure to participate in required sessions may delay certification, advancement, or completion of the program.
Class Attendance
Participants are expected to attend live instructional classes whenever reasonably possible, and required to attend at least five (5) group classes.
If attendance is not possible, Participants are responsible for watching the class recording and remaining current with course material.
Group classes constitute the core educational curriculum of the Mystery School and cannot be refunded if missed.
Missed Training Requirements
If extraordinary life circumstances prevent a Participant from completing required program components within the designated training period, the School may, at its sole discretion, permit reasonable accommodations or extensions.
Such accommodations are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on an individual basis.
6. Certification Requirements
The Mystery School exists not only to provide education, but to cultivate practitioners, facilitators, teachers, and leaders who embody the principles and integrity of Somatic Channeling.
While the School deeply desires every Participant to successfully complete their chosen training, certification is earned—not automatically granted—and is never guaranteed solely through payment or attendance.
Certification is awarded at the sole discretion of Somatic Channeling LLC based upon factors including, but not limited to:
Completion of all required coursework
Completion of required one-on-one sessions
Attendance requirements
Demonstrated competency and integration of the material
Ethical conduct and professionalism
Readiness to responsibly practice the modality
Adherence to Mystery School community standards
Participants who do not yet demonstrate readiness for certification may be asked to complete additional practice, mentorship, or coursework before certification is granted.
In-Person Training Requirements
Certain certifications require attendance at designated in-person trainings, retreats or immersions.
These currently include:
Energy Healing Practitioner Certification (Purpose Path)
Sacred Expression Training (Purpose Path)
Mastery Path Retreat & Teacher Training
Participants understand that attendance at these required in-person trainings is necessary to complete certification for those specific pathways.
Participation in optional community retreats does not substitute for required certification retreats, unless the specialty trainings (Sacred Expression & Energy Healing) are registered for and completed during the Mexico Community Retreat.
Professional Use of Somatic Channeling
The names Somatic Channeling, Somatic Channeling Practitioner, Somatic Channeling Facilitator, Somatic Channeling Teacher, and any associated certifications remain protected designations of Somatic Channeling LLC.
Participants may not publicly or professionally represent themselves using these titles unless they have successfully completed the required training programs and certification process and received authorization from Somatic Channeling LLC.
7. Community Standards
The Mystery School is founded upon integrity, compassion, respect, humility, curiosity, and personal responsibility.
By enrolling, Participants agree to contribute to a learning environment that supports the safety, dignity, and growth of every member of the community.
Participants agree to:
Treat fellow students, facilitators, assistants, staff, and guests with kindness and respect.
Participate in good faith and with honesty.
Honor differing perspectives, experiences, and beliefs.
Respect appropriate personal and professional boundaries.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, manipulation, or abusive behavior.
Take personal responsibility for their own learning, participation, and well-being throughout the training.
The School reserves the right to address conduct that compromises the safety, integrity, or learning environment of the community.
In rare circumstances, Somatic Channeling LLC may suspend or terminate a Participant's enrollment if their behavior significantly disrupts the educational environment or places other Participants or facilitators at risk.
8. Confidentiality
The Mystery School is built upon trust.
Participants agree to respect the privacy of fellow students and not disclose or publicly share another Participant's personal experiences without permission.
Facilitators will treat Participant information with care and discretion. However, facilitators are not licensed mental health professionals, and communications within the Mystery School are not protected by legal privilege in the same manner as psychotherapy or legal counsel.
Information may be disclosed only when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of the Participant or others.
9. Health Considerations & Participant Responsibility
The Mystery School explores consciousness, personal development, energetic practices, somatic awareness, and spiritual transformation.
Participants acknowledge that these experiences may, at times, evoke emotional, psychological, physical, or spiritual responses.
Participants agree to disclose any significant physical or mental health conditions that may reasonably affect their participation through the required Intake Form and Health Alignment Questionnaire.
Examples may include, but are not limited to:
significant mental health diagnoses;
neurological conditions;
serious medical conditions;
recent psychiatric hospitalization;
terminal illness;
active addiction or substance abuse; or
any condition that may require additional support during participation.
Disclosure does not automatically prevent participation.
Rather, it allows both the Participant and the School to determine whether the Mystery School is an appropriate fit and whether any reasonable accommodations may be helpful.
The School reserves the right to request an additional conversation before enrollment if further discussion would support an informed decision for both parties.
If the School determines that participation is not appropriate prior to the beginning of the training, any tuition already paid will be refunded in full.
10. Scope of Practice & Informed Consent
Participants understand that Somatic Channeling is an educational and spiritual modality intended to support personal growth, energetic awareness, embodiment, and consciousness development.
Somatic Channeling LLC and its facilitators do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or psychological conditions, nor do they provide psychotherapy, counseling, or licensed healthcare services.
Participation in the Mystery School is not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, or professional mental health services.
Participants are encouraged to consult with qualified healthcare providers regarding any medical or psychological concerns.
By participating in the Mystery School, Participants voluntarily consent to:
engaging in Somatic Channeling practices and energetic exercises;
participating in somatic/physical, energetic, emotional, meditative, and contemplative experiences;
receiving energetic support and guidance, including remote energy work where appropriate;
exploring emotional, psychological, spiritual, and transpersonal experiences that may naturally arise through participation; and
taking personal responsibility for their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being throughout the training.
Participants understand that individual experiences and outcomes vary, and no specific healing, personal transformation, spiritual awakening, certification, or life outcome is guaranteed.
11. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
All curriculum, training materials, manuals, videos, recordings, written content, methodologies, practices, exercises, language, frameworks, and teachings provided through the Mystery School are the exclusive intellectual property of Somatic Channeling LLC unless otherwise indicated.
Enrollment in the Mystery School grants Participants a limited, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for their own personal education and training.
Participants agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit any course materials.
Teach, certify, or present Somatic Channeling methods as their own.
Share proprietary course content outside the Mystery School without prior written permission.
Record or distribute classes or training materials unless expressly authorized.
Successful completion of a certification program does not transfer ownership of the Somatic Channeling methodology or intellectual property.
Only individuals who have completed the required certification process and received written authorization from Somatic Channeling LLC may publicly represent themselves using titles such as Somatic Channeling Practitioner, Somatic Channeling Facilitator, or Somatic Channeling Teacher, or use the Somatic Channeling name professionally.
Completing Somatic Channeling training allows certified practitioners, facilitators and teachers to use agreed-upon Somatic Channeling materials in their own practitioner work, facilitation and teaching.
12. Session Recordings & Media Release
To support learning and accessibility, live classes, workshops, and certain training sessions may be recorded.
Recordings are made available solely for educational purposes to enrolled Participants and authorized facilitators.
Participants agree not to download, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share these recordings without prior written permission.
Individual one-on-one sessions may also be recorded for educational purposes or to support the Participant's learning. Access to these recordings will be limited to the Participant and authorized facilitators unless otherwise agreed.
The School will never publicly share a Participant's personal story, likeness, voice, image, or identifiable information for marketing or promotional purposes without that Participant's separate written consent.
13. Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Participants may choose to withdraw from the Mystery School at any time by providing written notice to Somatic Channeling LLC.
Because enrollment reserves a limited space within each cohort and substantial preparation occurs before the program begins, refunds are available only within the timelines outlined below.
Initiate Path
Participants who withdraw within 14 calendar days of the official course start date may receive an 80% tuition refund.
Purpose Path
Participants who withdraw within 5 calendar days of the applicable course start date may receive an 80% tuition refund, except where otherwise stated for specific in-person immersions.
For the Energy Healing Immersion, withdrawal must occur by the published withdrawal deadline in order to receive the applicable refund.
Mastery Path
Mastery Path deposits are non-refundable.
Any remaining tuition paid beyond the deposit may be refunded if written notice of withdrawal is received at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
Withdrawals received fewer than 30 days before the retreat are not eligible for refund due to venue commitments and program preparation.
Participants enrolled in payment plans remain responsible for completing any outstanding tuition obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing by Somatic Channeling LLC.
14. Termination of Enrollment
Somatic Channeling LLC is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and high-integrity learning environment.
The School reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Participant's enrollment if, in its reasonable judgment, the Participant:
repeatedly violates community standards;
engages in harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive conduct;
repeatedly fails to meet payment obligations;
misrepresents certification status;
teaches or commercially uses Somatic Channeling without authorization;
compromises the safety, well-being, or educational experience of other Participants or facilitators.
Whenever reasonably possible, concerns will first be addressed through conversation and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination decisions are made at the sole discretion of Somatic Channeling LLC.
Unless otherwise required by law, termination due to violation of this Agreement does not entitle the Participant to a refund.
15. Force Majeure
The School shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
severe weather; natural disasters; public health emergencies; travel restrictions; venue closures; illness of facilitators; governmental actions; or other unforeseen events.
If such circumstances arise, Somatic Channeling LLC reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, delivery format, or retreat locations while making reasonable efforts to preserve the educational integrity of the program.
16. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Participation in the Mystery School is entirely voluntary.
Participants acknowledge that engaging in somatic, energetic, contemplative, and transformational practices may involve emotional, psychological, spiritual, and physical experiences that differ from person to person.
By enrolling, Participants knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for their participation and for all decisions made before, during, and after the program.
Participants further acknowledge that:
they are responsible for seeking appropriate medical, psychological, or other professional care whenever needed;
participation is undertaken at their own discretion;
no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Participants release and hold harmless Somatic Channeling LLC, Taylor Bratches, its facilitators, contractors, assistants, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Mystery School, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located within Colorado.
18. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Participant and Somatic Channeling LLC regarding participation in the Mystery School and supersedes any prior verbal or written discussions relating to the subject matter herein.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by Somatic Channeling LLC to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
19. Acknowledgement & Electronic Agreement
By completing the Mystery School Intake Form, selecting "I have read and agree to the Somatic Channeling Mystery School Enrollment Agreement," and submitting payment, the Participant acknowledges that they have:
Carefully read this Agreement in its entirety.
Had the opportunity to ask questions before enrolling.
Understood the rights and responsibilities described herein.
Voluntarily agreed to all terms and conditions of participation.
Understood that this electronic acknowledgement constitutes a legally binding agreement.
